At OnmiSkin , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we've created a fair and transparent return policy.

📦 General Conditions

  • Deadline: You have up to 15 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.
  • Product Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof: You must keep your proof of purchase or order number.

✅ Products Eligible for Return

  • Sealed and unopened products.
  • Products with manufacturing defects.
  • Products damaged during shipping.
  • Wrong products sent by mistake.

❌ Non-Eligible Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we DO NOT accept returns of:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products with broken security seals.
  • Customized or limited edition products.
  • Products on special offer (except manufacturing defects).

🔄 Return Process

  1. Contact us: Send an email to support@onmi.com with:
    • Order number.
    • Reason for return.
    • Product photos (if applicable).
  2. Authorization: We will send you return instructions within 24-48 hours.
  3. Shipping: Pack the product securely and send it to the address we provide.
  4. Processing: Once received and verified, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

💰 Refunds

  • Method: The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Amount: 100% of the product value will be refunded.
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in the case of our error).
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (except for defective products).

🔄 Changes

If you wish to exchange one product for another:

  • Follow the same return process.
  • Please clearly indicate which product you wish to receive.
  • If there is a price difference, it will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Defective or damaged products:

  • Immediate refund or exchange.
  • We cover all shipping costs.
  • Priority processing.

Order error:

  • Free exchange for the correct product.
